Negative: 1.設施比較老舊，天花板木頭有破洞，但以此價格來說，還可以啦！

如果价格再优惠一些下次还会入住的。
Positive: 可以自己做饭，还提供了橄榄油，盐，胡椒粉，餐具等。虽然炉灶即做饭空间很小。
Negative: 邮件说的是在入住前会发邮件给房间具体号码及密码，结果到了地方还得打电话去问才告知。大概房间里喷了杀虫剂类的东西，进去时有点刺鼻，好在可以打开窗户散味。

Positive: Do espaço e equipamentos do apartamento, da sua limpeza, do local de estacionamento do carro e da envolvente, do extremo sossego (zero ruído) e um ar condicionado excelente.
Negative: Só poder fazer o check-in às 16 horas. Parece-me ser demasiado tarde, tendo em conta que o check-out é às 10:00 horas.
