Big problems!!!! Positive: Good location.... Two blocks from John's, Texas BBQ Negative: The check-in process was terrible, the email that was sent to us... the morning we were to check in, did not include our room number or PIN. We then called the phone number in the email (which was the same number on the sign of the Red Rock office) and got no answer. Then we texted via the Booking application and got no answer for 10 minutes. We were on our way out of town to find lodging somewhere else, when we got a text via the Booking application asking us to hold on. Total disaster, we thought we had been scammed. Then another text came across giving us the pin number, but no room number. We had no idea what room to use it on. I had to ask for what room? The person on the other end of the text said they were helping other customers. And they were sorry for the delay. A couple of minutes later we got a room number. This shouldn't have happened in the first place if the correct email was sent out properly. Plus the email said there would be somebody in the office between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. We were there at 5:00 pm. Nobody in the office. .... One other issue about the place, the people next door (in room 112a) in the adjoining room kept trying to open the door to our room (112b), at 2am in the morning.

Lo recomendaría sin dudas Positive: La limpieza, estaba todo impecable. El check in y check out fueron muy simple. Negative: Nada

Gibt bessere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten im selben Preisbereich. Positive: Die Lage war super. Man konnte alles bequem erreichen. Das Bett war sauber und ordentlich. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin hat reibungslos funktioniert. Negative: Die Küchenfront wurde seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt. Die Front war kleberig und schmutzig. Daher haben wir die Küche nicht benutzt. Der Sitzbereich bestand aus zwei Hochstühlen die nicht sehr bequem waren. Die Aussenterasse hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.
