Pathetic experience Positive: The room was fine, but after the delayed check-in experience, I will not be staying back again at this property again. Negative: When I arrived (around 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm), my room was not ready. It was dirty, and the sheets were also not set up. I then called the number provided on booking.com. I was told that I had an option to check in at another motel with lesser facilities or move to a nearby room. We opted to move to a nearby room, and guess what, even that was not prepared. After calling again, the spokesperson on the call finally arrived (after about 1 hour of my initial intimation about the room), and got the original room cleaned. It was just an overall pathetic experience. The original check-in time on booking.com was mentioned as 4:00 pm. The complete process was delayed by 1 -1:30 hours after I already arrived late. I was also told that my cleaning fees would be refunded due to this delay by the spokesperson who visited me. Well, there has been no further response on that end.

Positive: The apartment is in good condition and it has everything you need. The place is good Negative: When we arrived, at 431 we couldn't open apartment 2 and we called twice to a telephone that was in the teservation and it went straight to voice mail. So we had to go to the Dam Hotel where an employee could help us. The employee told us we could have contacted them through the app. She said she didn't have the phone that we had called twice. There we discovered our second reservation was at 455 in a different location. The two apartments were in different buildings and at different addresses, which wasn't specified when I made the reservation. This disrupted our plans to spend a night as a family after such a long trip. The employee didn't try to help us; she just informed us. Then I decided to call the booking and made a complaint. After we arrived at the 455 I received a message that there was another apartment at the 431. This appeared after my complaint. The advertisement must be clear.
